Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WooLens AI in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
2. Description of Service
WooLens AI is a WordPress plugin and web service that uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate product titles, descriptions, tags, SEO meta, and WhatsApp messages for WooCommerce stores. The service includes a Free plan with daily limits and a paid Pro plan with extended features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not share your account or license key with others.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan allows up to 10 AI generations per day on one WooCommerce store. Free plan access may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Pro Plan and Payments
- Pro plans are available on monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual billing cycles.
- Payments are processed manually — you submit a payment screenshot for verification.
- Pro access is activated only after we verify your payment. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.
- Pro plans are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
- If your payment is rejected, you will be notified by email and may resubmit.
- Pro access expires on the date shown in your dashboard. It does not auto-renew.
6. Site Limits
Each Pro plan includes a limit on how many WooCommerce sites you can connect:
- 1-month plan: up to 3 sites
- 3-month plan: up to 5 sites
- 6-month plan: up to 10 sites
- 12-month plan: up to 25 sites
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use WooLens AI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the plugin beyond what GPL-2.0 permits.
- Use automation tools to abuse the AI generation limits.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key to others.
- Misuse the plugin to generate harmful, misleading, or spam content.
8. AI-Generated Content
WooLens AI generates content using Google Gemini AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it on your store. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated content without review.
9. Intellectual Property
The WooLens AI plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0+. The WooLens AI name, logo, and website design are proprietary and may not be used without permission. AI-generated content produced by the plugin belongs to you — we make no claim over it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
WooLens AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. Use the service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooLens AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at woolensai.site@gmail.com.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
